Renown Music Special Pricing Terms & Conditions

By signing up for Renown Music during an advertised special price, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

All Renown Music specials apply only to half-hour lessons unless otherwise specified.

 

All Renown Music specials are subject to the advertised time periods. No late or early signups are accepted under special pricing.

 

All Renown Music specials apply to the student’s first full paid month unless otherwise specified. The student’s first full month is defined as the first month that does not contain any free or prorated lessons (i.e. if the student’s trial date is set for September 1, their first full month of lessons would be October).

 

Specials do NOT apply to current Renown Music students unless otherwise specified. Returning students do qualify for the specials the following conditions:

  • The student has NOT been a current Renown Music student for at least two full months

  • The student left Renown Music in reasonably good standing

  • The student does not have a family member who is a current Renown Music student

 

Specials MAY NOT be combined with any other offer or deal including, but not limited to the following:

  • Referral Code Discounts

  • Multi-Student Discounts

  • Military Discounts

 

Students must meet the terms of the special for the ENTIRE duration of the special. The student forfeits the special pricing if the student makes any changes to their lesson agreement at any time before the end of the student’s first full month that violate the special’s terms and conditions.

 

Renown Music reserves the right to refuse or terminate service.

Renown Music Refund & Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase we would be happy to exchange it for you or provide you with a refund/store credit. No returns past 60 days of purchase.

 

There may be a restocking fee on your return of 10% of the original purchase price if there are any damages or changes that have been made to your product (i.e. velcro or scuffs on pedals, scuffs on guitars, changes to hardware, etc).

 

We do not give refunds on opened string packages but can provide store credit. All store credit must be used with 30-days of making the return.

 

We do not give refunds on music lessons.

 

All repairs are under warranty for 30 days. If you take your instrument home and find any issues with it during that time period, bring it back and we would be happy to fix them for you.

 

All consignment sales are final.

Coupon codes only apply to select products unless otherwise specified. Products that may be excluded from coupon codes include, but may not be limited to the following:

  • EarthQuaker Devices

  • Gift Certificates

  • Player Packs

  • Consignment or Used Items

  • Lessons

Items purchased during sales are only refundable for their sale price plus any necessary restocking fees.

Player Packs are non-refundable and must be returned as a whole. No returns or exchanges are offered on Player Packs' individual components.
