Mary has worked in music for the last 20 years as a performer and instructor. She holds a Master of Music degree from The University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree from Northeastern State University. She has performed with the Oberlin Conservatory Baroque Performance Institute, The Wesley Balk Music Theatre Institute of Minneapolis, Heartland Opera Theatre, and Cimarron Opera.

Mary began teaching with The Oklahoma Music Academy of Tulsa in 2017, where she taught beginning to intermediate piano and beginning to advanced voice lessons, as well as working as an adjunct professor with Tulsa Community College and Tarrant County College. During her time in Tulsa, she performed as a member of the Tulsa Opera ensemble and as a staff musician for Trinity Episcopal Parish.

She had recently relocated to Little Rock to begin a position with Ballet Arkansas.
